3 ingredients. And why I'm still participating.

It's June 2026 and I'm scrolling through my phone - and I get sent a video of a woman explaining why ROOT is useless.
Three ingredients. Far too few. You're better off buying this, that, and that other one.
Everything has an affiliate link in the bio, of course. I just clicked on their Linktree.
I'm still scrolling.
I briefly considered whether that bothered me. Not really.
I've been observing this pattern since around 2011. Someone badmouths something to sell something else. This isn't a new phenomenon—it's a marketing strategy. And those who see through it are no longer bothered by it.
What interests me much more is: why do we find it so difficult to trust a single thing? Why do we need 47 supplements, three protocols, and a certification in optimization before we believe it will work?
Last month I visited the Root founders' farm in Missouri. Five hours from Nashville, in the middle of nowhere. We ate, talked, asked questions—even uncomfortable ones. I held nothing back, and Christina and Clayton answered everything.
And I listened to myself again, to what I felt. Not what I should think.
What I feel.
This has been my compass for years. Not the ingredient list.
I don't take Root because someone told me to. I take it because since July 2023 I've felt what it does in my body. Because I've been with the people who developed it and seen how they live. And because I've stopped delegating my trust to numbers.
Three ingredients can be more than thirty. It depends on which ones. And where they come from. And who's behind it.
Can you imagine that I wouldn't have seen it that way myself before? I would have looked at the ingredient list too and thought: too little. Too simple. Too suspicious.
When I met Marc, I had about 60 different doses of supplements - high-quality, expensive, complicated, and some I didn't even take anymore because I kept searching for what really worked.
Today I ask differently: What do I feel? What is happening in my body?
Who do I trust - and why?
We talk so much about which supplements we can trust—and so little about why we no longer trust ourselves. When did we stop using our own bodies as a compass?
That's the real question. Not: how many ingredients.
And do you know what the real difference is? I've stopped searching. Not because I know everything—but because I trust myself again. I don't lack anything anymore. That's new.
I'm still doing my research, getting to the bottom of things, asking questions. That's what I did in Nashville, too. I asked Dr. Rahm directly—"Some people say there are only three ingredients, what do you say to that?" I have her answer on video. Check it out.
