Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kate Bono, Sagehorner Dorfstr. 84, 28876 Oyten or by email: katebonoyoga@gmx.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, however
is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Special notes on digital products & online content

For digital products, online programs, video access, meditations, audio files, PDFs, downloads and other digital content, the execution of the contract begins immediately after purchase or after activation of access.

By giving your express consent before completing the purchase, you agree that the performance of the contract will begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period. You are aware that your right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the performance or provision of the digital content.

Consequences of the revocation

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, less any costs incurred by the banks for processing the reversal of the transaction, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only started performing the service after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
