I first read about Kundalini Yoga in your book "Spiritual Big Bird." Until then, I'd never even heard of it. I was very curious and really wanted to try it, but I hesitated for quite a while before participating via Zoom, as I had no experience with that format, didn't know the group, and wasn't sure what to expect.

I was getting in my own way again - until last summer.

I mustered all my courage and simply went along to the yoga class. And what can I say? That was the beginning of my love affair with Kundalini yoga. I never would have thought that yoga could evoke so many emotions in me. Kundalini yoga is incredibly exciting, multifaceted, challenging, and above all, magical. Every class gives me a "wow" effect—whether on a physical, mental, or emotional level, with laughter, tears, and even the occasional curse when you push me to my limits (like today with the abdominal set).

I simply love that you share your enthusiasm, your love and your knowledge with us, always hold space for us and somehow always know what we need and what is good for us.

I am so incredibly grateful for your being, your work, and especially for all the heart yoginis in our group.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being you!

With love, Grit - SatNam
