Mission & Vision
What drives me, what's behind it all?

Who. How. What.
Who am I, what do I do and why ?!
What can I do, where does it come from, and since when?!

mission
My mission has always been to accompany people, to inspire them and give impulses to live more consciously, more balanced and more happily. To support them in finding their own solutions.
In my job as an HR manager I could never really do that – I was successful, yes, but only when I met the stressful demands. Numbers, data, facts, payroll accounting, labour law, tax law...
I feel sick just thinking about it.
Human Resources – "human resources" – what a word. People are just resources? But we're not as easily renewable as solar energy. We get worn down. So we should start putting ourselves first.
Self-responsibility instead of career mode.
I love supporting people in returning to their own power – just as I've had to do again and again myself. And there are days when I fall off my surfboard again.
I still fall off too – every pro falls off the board sometimes when the wave was too strong. But every good surfer gets back on!
My goal is to help others surf more lightly through the jungle of life and to face every wave with excitement instead of fear.
vision
What would life be without visions? And what does a road straight ahead mean without dreams?
My life was definitely not a straight road – it had many construction sites, highs & lows, always on the highway, with many crashes...
But who's stopping us from doing crazy things – or even just imagining them – like "I want to swing between palm trees, travel back in time and send my resources to my younger self?!"
Anything is possible.
I always wanted to become a mum, and a teacher in the sense of trainer & coach. I wanted to heal with my hands, I wanted to be an author, I wanted to become a singer...
My visions keep adapting. Some I've let go of – because becoming a singer never quite worked out – but author, yoga teacher, mum & coach I've been for many years now. I've achieved so much, even if I somehow never feel like I've arrived at the destination. But I've helped so many people not to despair in difficult times and not to lose their visions.
Above all, myself.
That is worth more than most things.

my path
Business life as an HR manager and mother vs. real life as a chaotic autistic with ADHD, several chronic and recurring acute illnesses – it was a constant balancing act.
I tried to bring my missions, visions & dreams under one roof. It often went wrong, but through that I kept learning more.
I taught myself a lot – from "how do I build a website" to employment law, to practicing and learning many styles of yoga and fitness, nutrition approaches, supplements, mindful thinking. And when I wanted to master something, I booked a course, a workshop or joined classes. I even tried salsa once – but I'm an "alpha" and being led just didn't work out 😄
Today I bring together everything I know and love and pass it on wholeheartedly. Salsa is only available as a side dish at my table.
So yes – I'm a chaotic business-real-life autistic, I combine all my knowledge and skills, including those from HR, and I genuinely care about people – about them becoming a happier version of themselves tomorrow than they were yesterday.
That is my standard.
what qualifies me?
My life path!
Simply put, that's where it all begins. You can learn content by rote at school, university or in training – and maybe end up with a title, a diploma or a certificate. But what's the point if the person behind it has no empathy, can't imagine what the other person is going through, or can't understand why we sometimes behave like a hyperactive squirrel on espresso and sometimes like a depressed toddler. Why we can't lose weight, why we can't be happy, why we...
Sure, experts can tell you it comes from this or that. Wikipedia says... ChatGPT said... the doctor thinks... my diagnosis is...
But we humans can't be put in drawers. No designer box, no star sign, no horoscope and no diploma can tell you who you are and why you are the way you are. Only someone who gets to know you, who listens to you – or you yourself, by getting to know yourself and listening to yourself.
Of course, training and qualifications are also important – to get foundational knowledge. Whether in anatomy, psychology, nutritional supplements or yoga asanas... all of that is good and valuable.
But then your own intuition and your own inner knowing come into play.
Intuition & Empathy
