Far enough away not to burn up.

Meditation invites you to stay in your body, to consciously perceive your breath, and to encounter fear in a safe inner space.


Not to get rid of them – but to give them a new quality.

This meditation can help you:

  • when fear or inner restlessness is present

  • in cases of emotional overload or tension

  • to calm your nervous system

  • to strengthen internal security and grounding

  • to consciously perceive feelings without losing yourself in them

The meditation is gently structured and suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.


You can practice them sitting or lying down – whichever feels right for you.
