Selected by me, personally tested, and wholeheartedly recommended.

Honestly, sometimes it takes hours to find the right item. Be it a yoga mat or a milk frother. From a laptop to an Airbnb to a pair of jeans that fit perfectly.

Here you will find my personal recommendations - which I use myself, would buy again and again and can wholeheartedly recommend.

03

Yoga blocks

Yogistar Cork Yoga Block - Regular Size

It simply feels better than most plastic yoga blocks, although it's also "harder".

Yogistar Cork Yoga Block - Large Size

Sometimes a little more support is needed.

Kate's Tech World

In this area, the search is even more strenuous and the equipment more expensive. I'm always looking for things that offer good value for money. Unfortunately, I've also made many bad purchases – to avoid that, here are my top picks for what's now indispensable for my live and recorded yoga classes, as well as for audio and audiobook recordings.

For me, everything has to be practical, easy, and reliable.

04

Camera equipment

INSTA360 LINK Cam (for live classes)

It's not just a webcam. It can also be remotely controlled via mobile phone and setups can be saved.

DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creative Combo (mobile & flexible)
Stand up, start filming, or start walking and filming.

05

Microphone - Sound & Voice

AUNA Mic 900 B

Every audiobook, every podcast, every yoga class was recorded by me with this microphone.

RODE Wireless GO II
For interviews and voice recordings on the go - simply brilliant.

Suitable Charge Case/Charging Case

Headset microphone HS2P

Amazing sound and almost invisible with a little extra adhesive tape.

Travel time

I love things that are practical, cool, and preferably not in the most exclusive price range (not cheap, but high-quality and with good value for money).

While searching for accommodation for our 3-week adventure trip through Costa Rica (not as a backpacker, but staying in Airbnbs one after the other), I needed something reliable, practical, and large enough to hold all my belongings – from clothes and laptop to shoes and water bottles. And ideally, as lightweight as possible.

06

Luggage

American Tourister Souldbox Big 77 cm/110 L

The lightest and at the same time most stable suitcase in a low price range that I could find, and I think it's amazing.

KANE XL Rolltop Backpack 22-30 L

from SONS OF ALOHA

I simply love cool things. And if they're also from Germany, I'm happy to support them. It had to be water-repellent for the rainy season in Costa Rica.
